Stowers Family Reunion

We went to Chris' Aunt Heather's house for a Stowers' Family Reunion of sorts.

Here's 4 generations of Stowers in this picture: Me, Chris, Ruby (Paul's Mom) holding Max, Paul and Kathy.

Great Grandma Ruby Stowers and Max

Country Roads took us HOME to WV!

Here we are in the WV airport. Max loved the plane trip. Was only fussy for a few minutes at the start but once he got used to it, was fascinated with it. He played peek-a-bo with passengers and the stewardess. He took Scout along for the trip.

8 Months!!

Max's 8 months pic!! This was the best one because he was smiling. However, I will say in one of the others where he was fussing and stretched out, his feet went to the end of the blanket!! He is approx 27inches and 20 lbs!!

7 months

Well, here's the little man at 7 months. He's really growing up on us now. He can sit by himself unattended and play with toys in the floor. He crawls fairly well both forward / backward now and can roll all over a room. He loves to sit in his high chair and eat. He's learning to use a sippy cup. He's starting to get the hang of some sign language words: milk, more, yes, bath, Mommy, Daddy, I love you, puppy, etc. He definately knows and uses milk - that was his first sign word to both understand when it's said to him and for him to use it to us. We're working on the others. He babbles like crazy, who knows what he's saying but he does love to talk / squeal / scream.

Max and Macey

Well, we think that Max and Macey will grow up being good friends. Macey is 5 months younger than Max. She is the daughter of our best friends: Todd and Marianne. I thought this was sweet: Max doing an "I dream of Jeannie pose" and Macey leaning into him
Come on, don't they look cute? I mean, both smiling at the same time!!
